Charlotte Chapter
Charlotte, North Carolina
Founded in 1979
The Charlotte chapter of EGA is a group of women of various ages who have interests in many areas of embroidery. We would welcome men but have no male members at this time. Our members have all levels of stitching expertise. Our monthly programs are presented by those who want to share their love of embroidery with the rest of the members. We also participate in workshops with other guilds when invited.
The Charlotte chapter of EGA will always welcome new members who want to join us in exploring all areas of embroidery.

Outreach:
We continue to do outreach projects such as bookmarks donated to the Charlotte library and mailing items to the women’s prison in Ohio. After many years of stitching Habitat for Humanity samplers, we have put that outreach project on hold for the time being.
